We're almost there! Summer vacation is just days away. The students have worked hard all year. Now it is time to get packed up and ready to move on to first grade! Thank you for all of your support this year!
Kindergarten Celebration: May 24th we will have a kindergarten celebration from 2:00-3:00. Students will sing you a few songs and share some of their work. I will play a slideshow and then we will go outside for cookies. If you would like to bring cookies, please buy some from the store instead of baking. Store bought cookies help us keep track of ingredients should something come up. Please note the month error on the yellow invitations I sent home Friday. We're a whole month ahead of years past. Library: All library books are due now. If your child is has a book still checked out or missing a letter went home in your child's Friday Folder. We are down to 4 missing books. We are so close to that ice cream party! End of year organizing: Thank you for looking for our classroom books. Please continue looking for books at home that belong to our classroom library. They might have a sticker on them saying, "This book belongs to Mrs. Knoblauch," or a stamp inside the cover that says, "Village East Kindergarten," or might have "Knoblauch," "King," or "Balagna" written on the front cover. If you find some over the summer, please send them to your first grade teacher. Thank you. Last Day of School: Friday, school lets out at 12:00. The cafeteria will not be serving food. Please plan on feeding your child breakfast and providing your child a lunch. |

Snack: Each child should bring an afternoon snack each day. Children without snack will be offered graham crackers.

Week of May 22: Jaiden -When you see your child’s name on the snack schedule, please bring 2 boxes of plain or honey Graham crackers to class on Monday or the first day of the week. -Thank you for bringing in snacks when it is your turn. |
